Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 2 cups Earth’s Bounty Activated Nut & Seed mix
- 2tbs Honey
- 2tbs Brown rice syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ground salt flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Ground ginger(optional)
Method

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees cel
- Line loaf tin with greaseproof paper
- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix honey with rice syrup until well combined
- Pour honey mix over dry ingredients and mix until very well coated
- Turn mix into loaf tin & press down firmly
- Bake for 10 mins turn, bake for a further 5 to 7 mins(careful not to burn)
- Allow to cool completely (or risk burning your mouth and fingers :))
- Cut into small squares as needed
- Keep refrigerated in an airtight container
