Gutsy Mums Recipe – Choc Goji & Currant Slice

She is passionate about everything to do with gut health, living clean and toxin-free and emphasises self-care and conscious eating as healing pathways. Ingredients: 

1 cup Earth’s Bounty Goji Berries

1 cup Earth’s Bounty Sunflower Kernels

1 cup raw cacao powder

½ cup Earth’s Bounty Currants

½ cup desiccated coconut

½ cup coconut oil

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until combined but still chunky.

Pour mixture into a lined slice tray and place in the fridge to set for 1 hour.

Take the slice out, cut into pieces then place back in the fridge to store.
